About Us

ABOUT US

We are a cleantech energy & materials transition company that demonstrates that energy production and carbon sequestration can coexist.

Our focus is on the production of Green Hydrogen and Biochar from agricultural waste streams, together with the Carbon Credits the activity generates.

THE PROBLEM

HOW TO MEET COP26 GOAL OF NET-ZERO GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS BY 2050

Our value popositon

OUR VALUE PROPOSITION

01

Reduce global atmospheric carbon emissions by capturing carbon stored in biomass waste streams.

02

Supply commercial quantities of renewable & sustainable energy via the production of Green Hydrogen at competitive costs.

03

Increase crop yields and reduce water utilization with soil additives: Engineered Biochar

04

Promote local and sustainable economic benefits and growth in agricultural communities

OUR PRODUCTS

Biochar

Carbon dense substance, which has applications in agriculture and construction and other areas. Extremely cost-effective pathway to sequester carbon. Can be stored in the soil for centuries, adding fertility and water retention.

Green Hydrogen

Produced via the upgrading the pyrolysis gases obtained from processing biomass waste at high temperatures. The source is solar energy, that the plants have processed into complex hydrocarbons, and our process makes available as Hydrogen gas ready for industrial or transportation related applications.

-CO2

Carbon Credits

Measurable, verifiable emission reductions from our processes that reduce, remove or avoid greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

OUR PROCESS

Biomass "recycles" carbon dioxide.
Plants consume carbon dioxide from the atmosphere as part of their natural growth process as they make biomass, off-setting the carbon dioxide released from producing hydrogen and biochar and resulting in low net greenhouse gas emissions.

From the Agricultural Production Chain

All agricultural products have a related carbon footprint. Most crops require energy for transportation, planting, harvesting and soil fertilization, which in turn drive the release of global warming gases.

To Agricultural Feedstock Waste

Unfortunately, organic waste from agricultural activities ends up being landfilled, releasing in the process millions of tons of methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) to the atmosphere.

To Biochar that captures global warming gases from the atmosphere

Biochar is a scientifically-proven building block for the circular economy. Its manufacturing process not only inhibits the release of methane, a potent global warming gas. It also fixates and further captures the carbon dioxide that crops sequestered from the atmosphere during their growth.

To the Ground

As biochar is returned to its source, the Earth, it helps conserve water resources by enhancing the soil’s water absorption and by improving soil quality and fertility given its ability to harbor microbiomas which ultimately increase crop yields.

It is the growth media of choice for organically growing greenhouse vegetables via horticultural and hydroponic pathways.
